We’re pleased to announce the implementation of our new archery venue. We have 5 outdoor range bag-targets in 10-yard increments from 10 yards out to 50 yards. In addition, we have 14-3D targets deployed on the eastern hillside along the road from the archery target area heading towards the trap and skeet venue, These are used but definitely shootable targets ranging in size from small coyotes up to large bears and elk. Below you will find the current rules and fees:

Free Archery Sighting-In Days

Get your bow ready for opening weekend!  The use of the bag-targets and the 3-D targets will be free for the public during regular range hours during August.


Rules for Archery at NASR


  • Archers must check in at the 100 yard range or the trap and skeet range before shooting.  

  • Archers who are not NASR members must pay the Daily Member fee upon check-in, $10.00 per shooter.

  • Shooters are to never fire whenever anyone is “down range”

  • Shooters under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18

  • Archers are to remain on the path to the target and back to the road except to retrieve errant arrows

  • Use of crossbows is prohibited on the NASR

  • Broadheads are not to be shot anyplace on the NASR

  • Shooters are to shoot from or immediately adjacent to the concrete markers

  • All other rules regarding smoking, safety, fees, etc for NASR apply
